A luxury concierge service is a company that offers luxury services that will assist you in your day-to-day personal or business life. Services can range from the smallest of needs to detailed customized services and requests.
What is the Monarch Concierge & Butler Service?
All of our services are luxury inspired. Enjoy having all your needs and desires serviced by one of our Monarch Professionals in style. Our Concierges are available to assist Members with our Luxury Complimentary Services & Amenities, as well as any additional request information or concerns, and our Butler’s will handle all of our Member’s service needs and requests

How do I book a service or place an inquiry?
Members are asked to book their services 24-48 hours prior to the requested service date. We will accommodate last minute request that are within our abilities. Additional fees may apply. Below are the numerous ways to book Monarch.

What type of Services do you offer?
To ensure availability please book all services at least 24-48 hours in advance.
- • Complimentary Membership: FREE access to Monarch’s all-inclusive luxury services & amenities that incurs no fee. Tips are appreciated
- • Paid Memberships: Monthly recurring automatic drafted Booking Fee. Drafted once a month on your specified date.
- • One-Time Service: One-time service using our Monarch on Demand “Pay As You Go” Services. Payment due at service completion.
- • Recurring Service: Scheduled Monarch on Demand “Pay As You Go” Services that the Members can request to be booked continuously on an everyday or weekly bases, with the flexibility of not having a monthly draft. Payment due at service completion.
BOOKING FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF SHOPPING ITEMS, GOODS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN REQUESTED. A SEPARATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR THESE ITEMS, THAT MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE.

- • VIP Services that are available After Hours, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays may require an additional fee.
- • Additional mileage fees will be assessed at $.59/mile for Member requests outside of the Greater Houston Area.
- • Last minute request may incur an additional fee.
What are your payment options?
All members will receive an email with an itemized invoice with the option to pay by debit or credit card, and we also accept cash, checks, and additional alternative payment options. (See Below)

When will I be charged for services?
Members that have chosen a Monthly Membership Plan will be charged a recurring monthly booking fee on their requested scheduled date. All shopping items and goods, as well as all third-party services are to be paid immediately, at the completion of the service. All services begin at your address or at your selected point of service. Members are not charged for unavoidable circumstances like traffic, accidents, inclement weather, etc…
How do I pay for my shopping expenses?
Payments for shopping items, goods, and all other third-party services, like the grocery store, cleaners,etc… are the responsibility of the Member. Please keep in mind that this is an ADDITIONAL FEE and does not include the Booking Fee. Expenses anticipated to be less than $100 will be covered by The Monarch Concierge with full reimbursement due at the time of delivery or service completion.
Will all my information be secure with The Monarch Concierge?
Client privacy and customer confidentiality are maintained to the highest of standards. We do not trade, sell, or share your information with advertisers or unaffiliated third parties.
